I just committed my own mother's birthday to memory five years ago, sometimes the name of the chick I lost my virginity to escapes me - but I've always been able to recite this commercial verbatim with court-stenographer-like accuracy.

Sweet memories. I just realized that the dude on the right was in the Spike Lee Joint, "She's Gotta Have It".
wait, at the end of the commercial.. is it just me or does it look like dude on the left is leaning in, about to kiss dude on the right? guess he was moved by the sexy soul classics.
I remember this commercial well. This was the first time I'd seen John Canada Terrell. This is a classic commercial like those freestyle Sprite commercials.

BWAHAHA! I remember this one too.
And this is how old WE are. "Albums". "Cassettes". You know the teenagers these days are born AFTER CD's came along????
Oh wait, my bad.
It's all about downloading to the iPod, now.
The forefather of those wonderful Time Life late night commercials!
